Their business practice is very unethical. They would hold your car HOSTAGE to FORCE you to do business with them and will DEMAND RANSOM. I towed my car in and asked them for a quote to fix my car. Their quote was $3.3k. I then asked the Lynnwood shop for the quote, and the quote was $2k for exactly the same service. Then I decided to tow the car to the Lynnwood shop, but this Seattle shop just won't allow me and asked me for a RANSOM totaling $1k+, or otherwise they would keep holding my car hostage. Keith has to be one of the best Sprinter salesman ever. Unfortunately, the service department staff is terrible. Extremely unhelpful when you have problems. I recommend buying a van from them and having it serviced in Lynnwood.Also note, parts department has a 20% restocking fee on returns.

When you go in for a service at a dealership, you expect them to be experts. Instead, I was charged an exorbitant fee for basic tasks, and given factually incorrect information twice. I will go elsewhere for future service.First, they charge you $300/hr PER TASK, with an hour-minimum charge per task. This means you will see at least a $300 bill for any task, regardless of if they looked at it for 10 minutes, didn't finish the job because of their own incompetence, and had to pick it back up again.Second, they are factually incorrect and not knowledgeable.
