The Tenants Union gave helpful information and guidance as a housing situation came up. They are listening to people facing hardships, homelessness and substandard rental conditions. Our advocacy work stepped in as an advocate with landlord and gave family support in crisis. Tenants Union caring for the unhoused, give new plan, change and perspective and give grateful tenants the power to change.
This organization does as much as it can for tenants across Washington State. Not only do they provide assistance with rental issues, they provide opportunities to get involved as a tenant leader to make a difference for renting in WA state.
Had a situation come up regarding our apartment - my wife and I filed a claim and in about 2 weeks received a ton of helpful information from the Tenants Union (shout out to Lydia!). We would otherwise be lost on what to do as next steps, can’t thank you enough for the guidance!
Here in Spokan {A) is /are listening to the people! They're seeing the hardships and homelessness... its real!!We need a new plan, change and different perspective from the one's WHO have lived it!
