I wish I had read the reviews prior to applying and spending 90 min for the intake. Concur with everything that other people say. Not responsive, ignorant of emails, no follow ups. Takes so much energy to drag any information from them and the coordinator does not even respond unless I add someone from the higher up. And even that stopped working. It has been 20 months since I submitted my application and it's nothing. My child will grow up and get married by the time they find a brother for him. It looks like they care very little about actually supporting children which brings up a question: what are they actually doing? And where does all this money that is being donated go to if they do not provide the services they advertise? Would never recommend this place to anyone

I tried to enroll my two kids in this program. I submitted the application, completed the various surveys and paperwork. The communication from their end was very slow. It would take several days to a week to get a response from an email, I received a text message asking to set up enrollment meeting. Agree to the date and time, it took two weeks for them to respond to my text message, saying that they would send me the invitation the following day. I never received anything. The day before and the day of I sent an email, called their offices and sent a text message to the same number and received no response.
