I came across Bike Works through the bike maintenance program run by Seattle Parks & Recreation. I brought my bike in for a repair, and Rebekah quickly got to work and solved the issue.

They also provide free used bikes to people in need, which is such an amazing service for the community.

Rebekah and her coworker (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. You can tell they truly care about their work and the people they serve.

Their dedication deserves recognition, and I sincerely hope Bike Works continues to grow and succeed. Thank you for everything!

A phenomenal bike shop that you should absolutely visit and use. I needed a new spoke after one of mine broke, they sold me a couple, and when I popped my tube installing it myself (just hubris, whoops) they helped me get all the right tools and got me through the couple techniques I was missing to swap a new tube in then and there. I will be donating all of my spare parts here and buying as much as I can from them in the future.
