Daniil from Seattle Heating and Cooling came and did a tune up of our Carrier hybrid heat pump system (it's two different units, one the outdoor heat pump and the other is an electric furnace that kicks in when the heat pump can't handle the cold, which also contains the blower which distributes heat through the ventilation ducts throughout the house). The system cost more than $11,000 so it's a sensitive thing to make sure it's handled correctly. Seattle Heating & Cooling just completed an outstanding job installing a state of the arts and highly efficient Mitsubishi outdoor heat pump and a matching Air Handler for our home. It all began with a very informative consultation visit by Serge, followed promptly by a very competitive and affordable bid on the same day. That set the pace for a highly experienced and professional installation team who arrived within our tight timeframe. All work was proficiently completed within two days. A very thorough whole house air vent cleaning was also included and a great job that we did not expect.
