I am very disappointed with Sea Mar’s phone customer service. This is not from one bad call. I have had the same problems many times with different representatives.
Some representatives have attitudes, are rude, or make it difficult to get basic help. I have also been hung up on while I was still trying to get help. Patients should not have to call multiple times just to find someone willing to answer a simple question.
The appointment information is also very inconsistent. I have called and been told one appointment date, then called again shortly after and been given a completely different date even though they are using the same system. This has happened multiple… read full review

Scheduling was easy, I was able to call to change an appointment and got a call back from the automated service so I didn't have to wait on hold. The facility is a bit dated but clean and the staff I spoke with were very nice. The practitioner I spoke with needed some improvement on bedside manner but I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and chalk that up to inexperience working in this type of clinic.
