In general, I think the medical providers here are top notch. This place is primarily stocked with Physicians Assistants and Nurse Practitioners and fewer MDs/DOs but that's not been a problem for me as I've always gone for basic checkups. Everyone who I've had so far (happens to be different each time) is courteous and thorough! I've always felt comfortable!The main drawback to this place is:1. Terrible wait to get an appointment2. Front desk and some staff may not be as friendly as they could be (like it's somewhat impossible if you don't have your ID or if you're trying to clarify things)

Have been here a few times for regular checkups and for illnesses. Always very good. Reasonable wait times before going in. Attentive physicians, on site pharmacy. Limited parking, but this is not their fault, the area is busy, and it is 1 block from the train station. I am very glad there are good doctors in the neighborhood.

My family member shared me a great experience at this clinic. A big thanks to Dr. Lam and your teams!The front desk staff were professional and efficient.It would be more satisfactory if the clinic could provide an in person interpreter during filling appointments.
