A prior contractor had botched a toilet install. As a result the toilet kept backing up. Roman came by to give an analysis of where they were out of code with their repair, and an estimate to fix it so we could escalate it to the other contractor. No charge for that estimate. And then two days later when the toilet backed up to the point where we couldn’t unblock it ourselves, he unblocked it for free! We are really hoping to use him for the final repair as his knowledge and integrity make him wonderful to work with.
Sasquatch Plumbing is amazing and will absolutely use their services again. Roman personally answered my call on a Sunday evening, and came out to the house by 8:30am the next morning. I unfortunately have a toilet plumbing issue that was not done correctly by a prior plumber. Roman came out twice to give me a bid to fix the original issue and then to fix a clogged toilet due to the other plumbers error. He generously did not charge me for this while I am figuring out the dispute with the original contractors . Roman was fantastic! Scheduling was great, easy communication by text and he gave me a good two-hour window and then gave more precise eta on the day of. Called late in the day and got next morning. He took care of the clog quickly and caught other plumbing issues in the area. His charge to remedy additional issues was extremely reasonable. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs, large or small.
