Plumb Works is a plumbing company in Seattle that handles a range of plumbing issues. They did a great job fixing leaks and were friendly, respectful, and stuck to the estimate with no surprises. They came back right away after a remodel to set the toilet and hook up the vanity water supply, showing the same professionalism. They also cleared a clogged drain line quickly, letting the customer know each step they were taking and checking the drain again to make sure there were no more problems. One customer had a leaking faucet where the pipes were against an outside wall. The plumber carefully cut through the tile, repaired the leak, and put the tiles back just like they were before, taking care of everything. The price was very fair. For an urgent clogged drain that caused water to overflow, they got a quick call back and a plumber came out the same day to fix the issue. They responded quickly to a water issue in an elevator pit and pumped all the water out. The team is fast, professional, and really knows their plumbing. Another company suggested a full pipe replacement, but Plumb Works suggested a smart step-by-step approach. They installed a new cleanout and took care of small repairs for $800, and cleared a water line for $150. They are fair, honest, show up on time, and make everything easy. Their trenchless plumbing method was fantastic, and the yard looked great after. They handled all the paperwork and city stuff smoothly, turning a stressful problem into something easy to handle.

I had a leaking faucet in my bathtub that needed fixing. Since the pipes were right up against an outside wall, Brayden had to carefully cut through the tile in front of the tub to get to the problem. It was a tough job, but he not only repaired the leak, he also put the tiles back just like they were before. Most plumbers would have made me call someone else for the tile work, but he took care of everything. From the moment I called Plumb Works to when the job was finished, the whole experience was great. The price was very fair, too. If you’re looking for a plumber in Seattle, I highly recommend them.
We had an urgent plumbing problem with a clogged drain that caused water to overflow everywhere in our building. we called several plumbing companies in seattle, but most either didn’t handle commercial jobs, didn’t have a plumber available, or wanted to discuss pricing before helping. luckily, we got a quick call back and Tracy was able to come out the same day to fix the issue. the job was done well and we weren’t overcharged, even though it was an emergency. the next day, we noticed water sitting in our elevator pit and called again. they responded quickly and Brayden came over to pump all the water out. we really appreciate how fast and professional the team...read full review
