Pacific Medical Centers - First Hill provides exceptional care to its patients. The medical team, including primary care and specialty care providers, is professional, efficient, and has great bedside manners. Patients have reported receiving excellent care from their healthcare providers, including Dr. Isle and Dr. Miriam Kennelly. The clinic's staff, including receptionists, nurses, and lab techs, are kind, caring, patient, and dedicated professionals. The facility offers state-of-the-art technology, including on-site X-ray, and ample on-site parking. Most clinics also feature in-house pharmacies for convenience. While some patients have reported minor negative experiences, overall, the care provided at Pacific Medical Centers - First Hill is of high quality.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. Rose, or Rosie, whatever the nurses name is rude, cold, and a terrible person. My doctor was okay. But the nurse left such a bad impression on me I will never come back. Truly one of the worst interactions I’ve ever had with a health care “professional”. If you are looking for a dermatologist, I would not come here until Rose is no longer employed. Truly shameful. I will be filing an ethics complaint.
The staff were clearly there to help.
BUT nice doesn’t solve them failing to care for my wife.
They can’t manage their schedules apparently since their hard and digital records were not working.
Their schedulers said ON THE PHONE WITH MY WIFE “I’m not waiting on hold with your insurance” and pushed us to cash pay for an upper EGD ($6k when I have insurance…)
Then I get back to pick up my wife and I find my poor wife curled up in a ball in tears. They left her in urine soaked pants and blanks. They aborted the procedure (which for safety I’m not mad about… let’s be real better safe than sorry)

I never leave reviews but after a recent experience with Pac Med, I had to share. I came in for a follow up appointment as recommended by the doctor since the provided prescription didn’t seem to be working and I was charged a bill of over $650 for a short visit. None of this was made aware to me before the follow up visit. I was then told this was due to the complexity of the visit with diagnostics and tests. That was not the case. The appointment lasted a couple of minutes, and was a quick check up, not to mention the doctor showing up almost 30 minutes late. After explaining the situation, they wouldn’t change the charge.
