Great service, friendly plumbers, and very fast, efficient work. I’ve used them twice and was very pleased both times. For the water heater job, the technician who came out for the inspection, Wayne, was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly explained the plumbing issues that needed to be handled before the new water heater could be installed. The estimate was fair for the work required, and I appreciated that everything was itemized instead of being listed as one general amount. These plumbers were excellent and helped us out late on a Friday afternoon. We were getting our house ready to sell when suddenly the toilets would not flush and the tubs would not drain. I already had a good idea what the plumbing issue was, since we had been putting temporary fixes on it for a long time instead of handling the real sewer line problem. After calling around and not finding anyone available that day, I was worried we might have to leave the house until the drainage issue was solved. Then I called and they sent Marvin out right away. He inspected everything, explained the blockage and pipe issue clearly, went over the long-term repair, and gave me a fair estimate. Once the plumbing work began, they found the problem was a little larger than expected, but they were upfront about the added cost before moving forward. The crew worked hard, dug carefully, replaced the damaged pipe, and even called in extra help because the job was bigger than expected and getting late. They stayed until the drain and toilet system were working properly again and made sure everything was taken care of before leaving. The final bill was only a little higher than the original quote and still very reasonable for the amount of sewer and drain work completed. I really appreciate Marvin and the rest of the crew for their fast response, strong work ethic, and dedication.
