The miraculous healing of Oom Yung Doe is something that I’ve never been able to achieve anywhere else. Before I started to do my internship with Oom Yung Doe, I was so sick with my illness that I could not leave my bed or house for more than 3 or 4 hours per day. Now, after only a few months of training again, I am able to do one-handed cartwheels, double jump front snap kicks, and most importantly: function in daily life, and not only that, but live well and happily. I thank the instructors of every rank for my health, and for passing down Grandmaster’s teaching, so that I can do the same for the students I come across. Martial arts is VERY important for achieving good health and harmony of mind, body, and spirit. I think everyone should train because Oom Yung Doe teaches discipline, good character, strength, flexibility, coordination, and many life lessons which are valuable to everyone. If you want to change your life forever in the most positive way, training is for you!
