About Oom Yung Doe - 8 Martial Arts - Seattle
Oom Yung Doe Seattle is a unique Traditional Martial Arts School that offers a variety of training for all ages and abilities. The school teaches eight complete martial arts, such as Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, and Tai Chi Chung, and provides an opportunity to learn from four different levels of instructor teams up to 9th Degree Black Belt Masters. Did a self-defense class for a work event and loved it. Michelle made the class fun and very educational. I am definitely sore after that! I am interested in taking more classes, but we'll see if my body can handle it haha. Thanks for the great class.
Michelle held a women's self defense lesson for my employees in a 1.5 hour class that was amazing! Michelle helped us not only learn so many skills to protect ourselves, she provided a safe setting that was so empowering and effective! The event increased our awareness, decreased our internal fears, and brought us closer together as a team. I would recommend this class to all women!
