    I would give this gym more than 5 stars if I could. I joined as a complete newbie, felt pretty nervous, and immediately felt like I joined a community and a family. I have been training with 10 kicks for 6 months, and it's one of the best things I've done for myself - amazing coaches, amazing people, and a fantastic, super safe environment for women. If you are a woman interested in martial arts, but feeling nervous, trust me and give this gym a go. I have become more confident since training here, and look forward to showing up each and every time. I feel uplifted and supported while learning badass skills :) shout out to Stanley, Greg, Lorren, Cole & the whole crew!

    This gym is a solid place to go if you are looking for community and a good workout! The coaching team is supportive and very knowledge about all aspects of the industry. You get what you give and if you are willing to put in the work, you’ll see the results you want while having fun and meeting cool people. Also always appreciated how hygienic the space was and the different class offerings they had on the schedule. They are also always doing events like smokers and self defense classes, which just goes to show how much they genuinely care about their clients and the fighting community in Seattle.
