I was looking for things to help with my healing journey and lymphatic drainage was suggested to me by a friend. I had done at least one lymphatic drainage massage before so when Mary was recommend to me, I thought I knew what to expect.Instead, I was surprised by the feeling of circulation and warmth that flowed through me after the session. It has helped with me enhance the other modalities I use for my well being, from colonics to exercise. I have had two other methods of lymphatic drainage before and was never impressed because I felt and saw zero difference…Until I heard of the Vodder Method of lymphatic drainage and found out that Seattle is blessed enough to have Mary practicing it. My first two sessions with Mary sent me into the deepest state of sleep I have ever experienced. It was very profound. And I continue to see her as often as I can because lymphatic drainage when done well is so wonderful and Mary is simply the best at it. I can’t ever say enough good things about her, I adore her to the moon and back!!

Today was my first experience with Mary and I am hooked. She was extremely welcoming, kind, and immediately helped me feel safe and secure. She took the time to explain her work and how it would help my body. The treatment was like no other - restorative, relaxing, and helpful to my healing. I would recommend Mary to anyone and definitely return for more.
