I saw Mary who I could recommend more. This was my second round of surgeries and my first go around the swelling lasted for months and was uncomfortable. This go around I scheduled multiple sessions with Mary and saw a massive difference. I started seeing her on my 3 weeks post op and now ending my sixth week and the swelling is way down. Obviously some light walks and low sodium diet along with the massages is recommended.

I've had several lymphatic drainage massages with Mary (pre-surgery and post-surgery). It's definitely made a difference! I had very little swelling immediately after the surgery, thanks to her massages beforehand. When I returned >1 month after surgery because I had swelling from circulation problems, I noticed my swelling improved after just after one session.
