On very short notice, Keith did a great and thorough job of reviewing our condo prior to purchase. This unit featured a complicated network of mechanical and plumbing system, and there were also building exterior walls and roof common areas that required evaluation. Keith clearly knew his stuff, spent hours looking and testing everything and quickly thereafter produced a written report that was well organized, very detailed, and included a number of helpful tips. We had the pleasure of having Keith Standley as our housing inspector. He went above and beyond to help us as we are in the process on closing on a home. He responded swiftly and was able to accommodate us despite it being Thanksgiving weekend.
He was extremely thorough in his explanations and went out of his way to show us everything he was talking about in the home. Despite being scheduled for only 3 hours he stayed after to show us the concerns with the home and how we could possibly fix parts of the home.
Thoroughly enjoyed the report we got back, very prompt and detailed with pictures showing exactly what he was talking about in his inspection.
