I can’t recommend 4 Seasons Home Inspections enough! J was so awesome! We’re undergoing a renovation and have been seeming moisture in on our crawlspace. J came out to do a thorough investigation; he identified the condensation issue and found mold and wood rot. We had no idea it was that bad, and I was so grateful he was able to come out so quickly.
Obviously it wasn’t the news we wanted, but I’d so much rather know! To top it off, on his way out, J fixed a roof shingle in our entryway he noticed was dripping. Great inspector, great person, I very highly recommend!
