I need a hair professional whom I can build a connection to, with skill I can trust, and a willingness to co-create my cut together. I choose my hair-goals years ahead of time; I'd decided to work towards a bob style after shaving my head and after a certain length of grow-out I knew I couldn't keep cutting it myself.
