I’ve been going to this shop for a while now, but this was my first time working with Ella, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. I came in for a lock repair and reattachment service, and the level of care and attention to detail she brought to every row was incredible.
She was extremely thorough, patient, and intentional in her work, and it really showed in the final result. Ella also did a great job answering all of my questions throughout the process, explaining what she was doing and why, which made me feel really comfortable and confident in her expertise.

Warm friendly staff, welcoming environment, fair prices, great location. It is better if you get a quote/assessment in person, rather than ver the phone.I am a 10 year regular and I cannot price them highly enough.
