Full transparency, I worked for this company for over fifteen years. However, not this specific location. I left the company a year ago. Okay so, having said that, the staff here have always been wonderful and the facility and cemetery are top notch. The staff here truly care about the families they serve. I mean that. Are the perfect? Is anyone perfect?... The answer is no, right? However, having been behind the scenes, they regularly go above and beyond at Forest Lawn for the families they serve. The level of care and attention I received from KC, Dolores and Lou was amazing. My support system is limited and I couldn't have done this w/o them. They are making my process much easier knowing I have a true team to lean on when I need it.

The service provided by Marcelle and Vy was truly exceptional. Throughout the onboarding process, Vy offered clear and direct information, enabling us to customize our package seamlessly without feeling overwhelmed. Vy's unique approach stood out as she collaborated with our local monk, generously volunteering her time to assist in setting up the traditional prayer tables for the upcoming services.
