Eve Kendell at Columbia Funeral in Seattle, WA is a committed and excellent funeral director intern. Her genuine compassion left a lasting impression on my family and we will always be grateful for her role in helping us in transferring our beloved brother to Arizona from Seattle. My brother's death was unexpected and very challenging for our family. Eve's professionalism provided exactly what we needed at the time. Working with Eve was beyond a business transaction, it was a service of compassion, understanding and support that is deeply appreciated. She will make an excellent funeral director.
We had a family member visiting from broad and unfortunately passing away. Roxanne from Columbia Funeral Home was amazing to coordinate a new flight when Luthansa unexpectedly cancelled on us let minute. She was also patient to understand our struggles and worries, and accommodated all of our requests. After this experience, I am planning to get them all my papers in place to get my cremation when time comes. Roxanne, our family much appreciate your care to our situation. And above all, their prices were reasonable!
