They acted quickly to stabilize my cat during a heart failure/ stroke, took care of transferring her to another clinic that could provide more support, and only charged me half of their original estimate when they determined she would need to be transferred. My cat is now recovering, much thanks to the team!
They provided excellent medical advice and care. My cat vomited a couple times, but was still perky. I called them about whether my cat needed to come in or if he could wait for his vet the next day. They gave me excellent instructions to keep a close eye on him, but to bring him in if he keeps vomiting. He vomited again. I drove in. Less than 15 min later the vet comes in to tell me that she heard abnormal heart sounds, so she ran an ECG which came back abnormal. They don't have cardiology, so she advised me to take him to a nearby hospital with on call cardiology services and echocardiography. Staff are helpful and kind, despite what we understand to be a heavy workload. We felt safe and that our cat was being cared for every moment he was there, despite multiple other patients coming in with urgent emergencies while we waited. Thanks, vet heroes!
