There are very few people I would trust with my dog the way I trust the team at Ballard Animal Hospital. We first started going there when he was just 10 weeks old, and 8 years later, I still wouldn’t want to take him anywhere else. I really trust all of the doctors, as well as the rest of the medical team.....everyone is wonderful!! I also appreciate that Ballard Animal Hospital isn't owned by a corporate monstrosity. It is a veterinary hospital where the people know you, know your dog, and genuinely care.

Really grateful for this veterinary team! They have taken wonderful care of my two cats. They are compassionate when caring for them and sensitive to their anxiety from being away from their environment.
I drive the 25 mile traffic slog to get my cats there. It is a choice I make because their care is so good.
My cat recently needed a surgery and everything was thoroughly explained multiple times so I was confident in the recommended procedure.
They did very well in preop, operative and post op care of my cat. Instructions were explained very well so I was confident in the post op home care. That was key.
Highly recommend. They give lots of treats and snuggles too!
Ballard Animal Hospital is truly the best. My doodle maple and I have been visiting here for routine check ups since moving to Seattle. We’ve met with many of the doctors and every interaction is positive, educational and you can feel the compassion each staff member has for your pet.
The unmatched care of this office was even more clear after receiving some tough news of a cancerous tumor on sweet maple’s ear. Our surgeon Dr. Nordeen invited us to come in the same day we received the news, answered every question (I had a lot!!) and handled everything with so much grace.
