I am so happy with Northwest Veterinary Hospital. They show genuine care for me and my dog and I trust that they have our best interest in mind. I appreciate that they truly listen to me and acknowledge the financial barriers pet owners experience. I feel supported and informed when making decisions for my dog’s care because they make recommendations within a budget that is feasible for me. I like that the staff is responsive and kind, going out of their way to make my nervous dog more comfortable.
I greatly appreciate all the staff at NW Vet with their kind, competent attention to both me and my pets. They always make us feel important and cared for. In addition, the veterinarians are knowledgeable and sensible which you don't always get at other clinics. In particular, I feel they are giving me the best advice and care available for my pets (one cat, one dog) but never trying to part me from my $$ unnecessarily.
Brought our 2 cats for their first checkups at Northwest. All aspects of our experience was positive and highly competent from reception to vet assistant to vet doctor. Excellent customer care and service.
