Been coming here for years. Always had amazing experience’s with them. Up until recently the new receptionists in the family clinic have had me on hold for hours. The first person I was able to get through to told me to check my pharmacy again because it was “highly unlikely” the mistake came from their office. Then sat on hold for another 2 hours to have someone tell me they’ll call me back and never call back. I had an appointment last week on Friday and I have been waiting for my medication since then. I miss the old receptionist staff. They were much more helpful.
I've never been to their medical clinic, but I've gone to the dental clinic for years. From the very first time I ever set foot in there, I was always treated with dignity and respect. This place is great. The staff and doctors are very caring and truly want what is best for their patients. They work hard to accommodate the patients. They were kind and helpful to me during a very turbulent time in my life. It means a lot to me. They gifted me a big diaper bag during my pregnancy. They were so excited to see the pics of my daughter when she was born. The doctor was always very on the ball at getting things done. I felt like I could really trust and open up to my doctor. Felt like he wasn't just my doctor but also kind of like a therapist/confidante. I would highly recommend this place!
