The kind lady replaced my lost subsidized Orca Lift card in under 5 minutes! We talked about how it's enjoyable to listen to thunderstorms when you are at home inside (maybe with a window open). Not so fun when you have to walk a mile to the Downtown Public Health office for a replacement Orca Lift card. She made it quick and easy and before I got settled into my seat she handed me the new card and said to try and stay dry! Lol
The Bupe Pathways Clinic is absolutely amazing. They saved my life! Wendy is my favorite one there, she will give you a little plant to take home and care for, it’s very sweet. I will just say however, that the reception downstairs has a problem with their phone and the person who answers it is a bit harsh.
Very friendly and helpful staff here. Also I find it very convenient that they have a pharmacy directly downstairs where you can pick up any prescriptions prescribed to you at your doctor appt. Most definitely recommend this place!
