The clinic is conveniently located near my workplace, but what truly stands out is the respect, courtesy, and professionalism I’ve consistently received from Dr. Hua and her team.

Dr Hua provides excellent customer service. She cares about her patient's health and has been making good recommendations on how I can improve the health of my eyes. She is so proficient and efficient in complete my eye exam within the set timeframe. You are fabulous, Dr. Hua!

Really loved my experience with the eye doctor! She was super knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time answering questions and ensuring I liked my prescription. Definitely will return!

The only improvement that could be made was with the sales process at the end. I feel they should discuss cost more transparently and let you know what your benefit covers before heading into looking at glasses and contacts options. Once both are aligned on cost THEN look into option. The current sales process felt like they were hiding cost and not explaining well.
