Many customers appreciate the "happy visits," where pets can have positive experiences with treats and gentle handling, helping reduce anxiety during regular check-ups, vaccines, and other visits. Pricing is transparent, and the staff does not pressure clients to do extra procedures if they prefer not to. Overall, Broadway Veterinary Hospital is highly recommended for its excellent care, compassionate approach, and attentive staff that make both pets and their owners feel welcomed and reassured.
I recently brought my elderly, very nervous little dog to this clinic and had a wonderful experience from start to finish, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere that put us both at ease. The veterinarian was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly communicative, even following up with a detailed email explaining my dog’s lab results and the recommended treatment plan in clear, reassuring language. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and so gentle with my pet. I left feeling truly supported and grateful for their care. I highly recommend Broadway Veterinary Hospital.
Broadway vet is amazing. We have taken Milo here since he was a kitten, and our previous cat up until the day he passed. Idk how they do it. Milo is a little spicy at home, but will let our 3yr old carry him around by the neck, and our 9yr old dress him up, but take him to the vet, and he becomes an unrecognizable feral beast. Even with a couple doses of gabapentin the previous night and right before, he was growling, hissing, and all teeth and claws, I was pretty shocked, but the tech and Dr were cool as cucumbers. So much patience for him.
Was very grateful the office was open on the day after Thanksgiving. Everyone was very kind and Dr. Rawlings took time to explain the treatment plan. Very appreciative of the staff. They put my kitten (and me) at ease as it was her first trip to the vet.
