This review is for Urban Animal's travel health certificate service. Urban Animal is not the cheapest game in town. But, nevertheless I selected them because they spoke with confidence about the process, which is complex and time sensitive. Alyne guided us each step of the way and secured our stamped health certificate in time for our flights. This is an aspect of our international move that I spent months stressing about and it was a huge relief to work with someone who was as competent, positive, and reassuring as Alyne.
We love Urban Animal, our dog is handling sensitive and they are wonderful with her. Take things at her pace and really care about the quality of care that animals and owners receive. We've also had to let two senior cats pass and the staff have made that process the best that it could be in such a difficult time.
Outstanding place! I took my cat in for a bowel obstruction surgery, and they were able to get him in the same day. He did have to wait a while to go in, but he got his surgery the same day. Everyone I talked to was wonderful and helpful, and they were patient when I kept calling to check up on him. He healed up after without any complications and he is doing amazing now. The pricing is great also. The emergency vet somewhere else quoted us 11K for everything, Urban did the surgery for less than 3K. They are incredibly affordable and they do have payment options. Will absolutely be coming back here if my cat manages to get his paws on something else he shouldn't eat!
