I've had to go here a few times for emergencies (not like emergency vet needed, but sudden type of emergency). I like that you can just show up, get in line, and you're seen in that order. Sure, it's not always the best option for people - but I've had 4 jobs at once, and trying to get my dog into the vet suddenly because she licked her paw raw after scratching it on something at the park? Yeah, super great that I can show up before they open and know I'll get seen not long after they do its REALLY helpful.

Staff goes above and beyond to provide the best care and they care lots !Not only did Dr Sharpe catch a life threatening condition they have been gentle and took their time with my cats who was in a lot of pain and anxiety.Very attentive, knowledgeable and experienced staff from the front desk to the vets. I am beyond grateful for urban clinic for going the extra mile in any aspect for my cat Xavi. I trust the capital hill staff fully.

I had a great experience here as a first time. People was really kind and very supportive.You need to be aware the whole process might take a while, but you can register for the queue and go home and they’ll text you. But this is way better than other places where you can’t get same day care
