“I have been going to Bel Viso Day Spa for over 20 years and they have never disappointed me in their service. Today though, was a treatment that went above and beyond anything I had experienced before. I have been getting massages with Shanna for over a year now and I finally feel like I have found the person who knows my aches and pain. I can always trust when I go to her, she will get that kink out of the shoulder, hips wherever. For the past two months I have been dealing with horrible pain in my top part of my foot, went to urgent care, my foot doctor, got xrays and all they could tell me was it was probably arthritis flareup. I went today and ended up upgrading to a 90min deep tissue massage and Shanna went to town. It was the most painful yet wonderful massage I have had yet. As they say, no pain no gain. What I gained back was the fluid movement in my ankle, the pain 95% reduced and my whole body feeling like it could move again. THANK YOU so much Shanna for your time and your patience with me. “I booked a pedicure with Madison and enjoyed every minute of it. She was exceedingly gentle and didn't seem to rush. My feet feel great and there isn't a speck of polish anywhere except on my toenails. After the last pedicure I had (at a different spa) I had polish all over the sides of my toes. Madison was fun to talk to as well as being very professional. I also had a manicure with a different person, which was fine but not fabulous. I wish manicurists could keep the polish from pooling next to my cuticles. Still, it's not terrible. All in all it was a pleasant afternoon.“

“Kathy did a amazing job. My highlights blend in very smooth into my root color. She’s patient and takes her time to do it right the first time . So many people rush through the process and then I end up having to get it corrected, with Kathy, had no issues , she made sure it was done the way I like it the first time. Everything was wonderful , except hair trim is way too expensive $95 for a trim, seems kinda overboard . Even if you want a touch up , it’s automatically $95 charge, next time I’ll know to skip that part. Hair salon was understanding and accommodating.“

“This was the best salon I have been to in a LONG time. I came here because it is a teaching school and they were looking for someone to do a haircut on and my hair DESPERATELY needed a hair cut. I was greeted by the owner who was SO incredible sweet and then I was taken back and treated so well by Anna. I explained exactly what I wanted and I explained all my fears of past experiences and she took everything into careful consideration. She did an absolutely unbelievable job and I won't go anywhere else now. Also - normal pricing is so reasonable! I am so incredibly happy and thank you so much, Anna!!“

“Love Charlene!! I am new to Bellevue and was looking for a local place to pick up my Dermalogica supplies. I found Charlene and she has been SOO helpful! Very accommodating with my work schedule, gives me good skin care tips and suggests helpful products--and this is just from picking up product from her! I can only imagine how great she would be for a facial. Her spa is a little hard to find the first time; it's in a business park sort of set back from NE 20th street. Definitely worth the hunt, she is someone I hope to business with for a long time in the future.“

She provides the best services and her techniques for facials are unlike any other places I’ve gone to. She’s trained in Japan as well and carries products that you can’t find anywhere else!
