I have been to MySpaBellevue twice now and it’s by far the best spa I’ve been to when it comes to their sauna in particular. I’m a college athlete and having the red light sauna for recovery is a game changer. They offer a personal shower along with complementary water. The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable and the fact that they have Bluetooth for the sauna is also an added bonus. Would recommend to anyone!
I’m usually very picky about massage therapists, and finding a good one is incredibly difficult. Most spa therapists make you feel relaxed but rarely manage to truly alleviate the pain in your neck, shoulders, and back. The owner of My Spa has excellent techniques and is very personable. I now go once a week, and every session helps relieve the soreness in my neck.
The BEST place ever. I love getting massages here. The staff is so kind and understanding. I Always leave relaxed and my back always feels better. This is my go to place for massages. I want to try their saunas too eventually.
