The first time I went to Issaquah Nails was March 27 for a pedicure. The next time I went was August 5 for a pedicure and manicure. I scheduled for M to do both my manicure and pedicure. When I sat down another technician was going to do my nails. I spoke up and said I want M to do both. They assured me H would do a great job. H placed a pillow on my lap to put the machine for the gel nails. M is working on my feet and H my hands. I can’t really see my feet, but at one point I thought I saw something dark on my left big toe. Then I convinced myself that it was just from polish. Almost at the end M poked one of my varicose veins. I am very insecure about the veins on my legs. Then M and H start inspecting my veins and talking to each other in Vietnamese. It was really rude and hurtful. I had my pedicure on a Tuesday. On Friday I was in California. That night I woke up in the middle of the night with my left big toe throbbing in pain. I went to the restroom to inspect it and the nail was lifting up. Early the next morning I went to a nail salon to have the polish removed. My entire toe nail was black. The technician said, you have fungus. I ended up going to urgent care. I had a fungus and bacterial infection. I am on antibiotics and oral medication to kill the fungus. The doctor that saw me said I should have my liver levels checked after I am done with the medication. I cannot for sure say that I got the infection from the salon. What I am the most angry about is the M did not tell me my nail was black.

I went on Mother's Day and got a Mani/Pedi. The ladies were super sweet and did a great job. The pedicure was just under an hour, and they spent a good amount of time on the massage portion. The gel paint job on my nails looks excellent 👌

I had a very disappointing experience at Issaquah Nails. As a man asking for a basic manicure and pedicure .
I was met with uncomfortable and disrespectful behavior. The staff’s attitude made me feel unwelcome, and they were overly pushy about tips—insisting on cash in a way that felt awkward and inappropriate.

To make matters worse, the manicure itself was poorly done, and when I asked if they could fix it, they laughed rather than taking my concern seriously. I truly regret going there and wish I hadn’t carried cash that day.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve had. I hope they take customer comfort and professionalism more seriously in the future.

Worst service. They didn’t let me choose other color and they were laughing at each other whenever I asked for something. They hardly spent 20mins on pedicure.

I’ve been going here for a few years And have gotten to know a couple of the girls. I used to go to places in downtown Kirkland and Bellevue and I would say that they are comparable. Nice staff, fast work. I would recommend.

Honestly i didn’t love it. These definitely aren’t worth $65 for being short and slightly messy. The workers were on the meaner side. They seemed very irritated. She also couldn’t do the design that i asked for which was just a simple bow

I love this Issaquah Nails salon I was looking for a while for a place that they really take care of you and listen to you. What do you need and this is the one they really careful about your sensibility with your hands, your nails, and they really listen why you requesting them and the work they do is impeccable, I'll go there twice a month and I really love the way that Lisa or Linzy do my nails I really high recommend this place.

recently visited Issaquah Nails Sammamish Village for a manicure and was extremely disappointed with the service. Firstly, the technician was very rough with my cuticles, causing unnecessary pain and discomfort. It felt like she was in a hurry and did not take the time to be gentle or precise.
Even more concerning, I noticed that the instruments used were not properly sanitized. This is a huge red flag for me, as cleanliness is crucial in a nail salon to prevent infections and ensure customer safety.
Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I expected a relaxing and professional manicure, but instead, I left feeling uncomfortable and worried about the hygiene standards. I will not be returning to Issaquah nail salon and cannot recommend it to others.
If I could rate -1 star I would do it!!!!
