Anna, Maddey, and Jean, have been wonderful to work with. The details of care are out of this world. My bengal cats are comfortable, settle in quick, and are frequent patrons of the inn. This is a kitty spa for sure. The basics of water, food, litter changes and playtime out of their oversized floor to ceiling kennels, is truly a treat for sure. I've boarded my cat here a handful of times now - I wouldn't pick anywhere else for my baby to stay. Anna really cares for the cats and the suites are clean, cozy, and a great size. They also have an Instagram page that they keep regular updates on so you can check on your kitty while you are away! There have been times at other places for shorter durations of stay where my cat had not been the same for a few days after coming home. At the Cheshire Inn, I felt like my cat didn't want to leave! I was very happy to see my cat healthy and happy when he returned home. I highly recommend this place.

Anna is AMAZING!! I am so, so grateful that I found her and her team to take care of my two kitties. Her facility is beautiful, well thought out, and very very clean. My boys have stayed there several times now and they are always comfortable and relaxed when I come pick them up and take them home. Anna is extremely communicative and very accommodating. She remembers them when I bring them back and tells me cute little stories about what they like to do while they are there. I trust that they are very safe, and I trust that they get the food that I bring and my requests for care are followed. I plan to continue bringing my babies to Anna long term, I'm just thrilled... read full review
