“Sarah has always been consistently amazing. My hair always looks great. I appreciate the prompt to schedule the next cut since I'll forget and wind up looking like a Wolfman. I am especially grateful for the after-cut rinse. Since I'm usually going back to work after, the rinse ensures I don't have small cuttings hanging out in my hair all day. Lastly, the location works well since I never have parking issues.“

“Jenn was very thoughtful and meticulous before and during our haircut session. I had long, thin Asian hair without any layers and she transformed my flat hair by adding middle and long layers for more dimensions just like we discussed during the hair consultation. I appreciated how she took the time to review my current hair, hair history, and hair goals during the new client consultation, it showed that she really cared about every person that steps into her salon. However, my husband wasn't too happy with the result, especially because they added some texturing that he didn't really like. On the bright side, they played good music though! The haircut cost $60. Parking was available.“

The service is super friendly, attentive, patient and it shows in my court that they have experience in their work.
The girl who helped me made sure I felt comfortable with the length of my haircut, she constantly asked me if it was the length I wanted and that made me feel super comfortable.
They were super patient, tolerant and understanding of my way of communicating, since English is my second language.
The establishment is clean and welcoming.
They offer you a drink while you wait your turn.

“I got a haircut at this barber recently and I won't lie, I left a little unsure how to feel about it, but after a few days, I really love it. He took off a lot of growth but left me with lots of healthy hair and a great foundation to continue growing my hair. I did get a couple little scratches but I don't mind at all because of how nice the haircut is. I've had trouble finding a good barber for my 4b hair in Bellevue but I will be going back to this one. A fade is 35$ which, to me, is very expensive, but is also pretty standard for barber rates in the greater Seattle area. Thanks for the great cut!“

“UPDATE: The absolute best customer service I've ever had.

After posting the review, the Leslie from the shop reached out to me and offered to make it right. She got me in with the regional trainer, Axle, who got me looking much better than before. I've got a lot of respect for them for getting me in and helping me out.

I really don't want to be writing this review, but I feel like I have a responsibility to share.

The lady who cut my hair was super sweet and I really wish her the best, but she definitely messed up my beard and there's almost no fade in my haircut.
