The dentist is great !!!! The office people are great, but they dont have enough staff so they can not get you in in a timely manner. It's August 1 I have 3 things that need done and they can only schedule 1 on the schedule for September 26 so they leave room for others. Then they can schedule me for another. They did put me on a cancellation list but it doesn't make sense that you can't schedule more than one thing done. My last insurance pays for every six month cleaning they will only pay for 1 a year. Again the dentist is great but I think I might go with an alternate insurance next time.

went in as a first time user after switching from metlife, what a mistake. They did ex-rays and fixed a cavity then I was to return in three days for a cleaning. The next day I was having pain in the tooth next to my big tooth. On my scedualed appointment for cleaning I informed them of this and asked that they take a second look at the x-rays, He informed me that that tooth didn't get a picture. Next visit was when I had a infection in my gums under a implant. It hurt so bad, tried to get in, the only phone number was a Seattle one. I couldn't get in till Monday as it happened on a weekend. Took some old antibiotics and it helped so much. When I finally got in the lady treated me like I was a pain in the butt.She made several rude comments and had no bedside manners. She ran another x-ray and I asked her to take a new one of my front tooth that was bothering me, that they missed the first time. She totally ignored me because they were in such a hurry! she said a peridontist would call me in less than four days. Never got a call till over a week and a half. She informed me that they don't work on implants. I can change in November back to Metlife and I won't go there again till that time. Argh!!!!

Received an email notification that my son was due for his yearly dental check up and to call and schedule with them. However when I called the earliest date available was not a good week. I requested the week after and they could not schedule out that far yet. It was frustrating that the earliest availability would not work for us and they would not schedule for the following week. I will have to wait and call them back to ask for another available date. This is frustrating!
