I was in need of some new make-up because it’s been years so I went to the Ulta in Richland. I looked for the foundation that I had used in the past and it was no longer an item. As a “mature” woman, I was a bit overwhelmed at all the different brands and items and had no idea where to start. I had decided to go home and look online when Erminie approached me and asked if I was finding everything okay. I immediately said, “No, could you please help me?” I told her my skin type and she introduced me to some new make-up items that I’m just thrilled with. As someone who doesn't wear makeup or beauty products on a daily basis, I needed some advice for my under eye bags. When I stopped at Ulta, I was greeted by a lovely woman with a beautiful smile, ready to help. I explained my problem, and right away, she had a solution. She took the time to explain the product as well as others that were comparable. She also told me about a website that I could use as a tool for info on products I may need/use in the future.Tiara, thank you for the time you gave me and the excellent customer service you provided.

Erminie was very helpful when I couldn’t find a moisturizer I was looking for. She was very kind and helped find one that hadn’t been stocked yet. Delightful shopping experience!
