I've been going to serendipity for 2 years now. The owner / my stylist is sweetest person. I love the automated appointment setting. I always feel welcome, she listens to what I want done, and she's very professional. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone, any age. The gallery is fun to look at. And there's always a jigsaw puzzle going in the corner. Great vibes! I look forward to my next appointment in a few months.
I ended up gett my hair done by the owner, and she was exactly what I wanted out of a hair stylist. She was able to recreate what I wanted, but while taking my face shape and hair type into account. She also really cares about her customers, going out of her way to help them (she ran and grabbed a foot stool for an elderly client while she was getting her hair washed by another stylist). 10/10 would recommend.
Ps. I keep getting compliments on my hair cut, and the best part is my hubby loves it too!
I love this salon and especially how accommodating Sheila has been! I’ve gone to this salon a lot now and i always leave there so happy and my hair feels better than ever. I love the environment and how kind everyone is. They really know what they’re doing and they take your suggestions into consideration. I’ll always recommend this salon to all of my friends and family. I’m even having mine and my wedding party’s hair done this December on my wedding day, and we’re all so excited to spend that time at Serendipity Salon!
