They got my dog right in on the next business day, which impressed me. I thought they had groomed her before, however I realized later that it was another salon. That didn't matter to them! They asked what I wanted done, I gave them instructions and let them have some lee way if there was any matting. It took 2 hours to get the phone call to pick her up, which to me was great, because other places have kept her half the day before! My baby came out looking like a million bucks, with her hair all blow dried, a flower around her neck and she smelled so fresh and clean! I'm a very protective mommy for my little 7lb Marky named Baxter. I rescued him from a terrible home so I am very hesitant. I've had a heck of a time finding someone I trust to groom him. I'm new to the area and found Shawna at PupTown and am incredibly happy. This is my second visit here and will be coming back and back again. Baxter loves Shawna and so do I! Thank you Shawna for making us feel welcome and safe.

Took my 7 year Maltipoo here to get groomed up. My pup had a bad encounter with a different groomer a couple years back which has made it difficult to get him regularly groomed. After asking around, I’ve heard nothing but positive things about PupTown so I decided to take him in. After relaying my concerns, they reassured me that they’ve had other similar stories. I got a text message about a hour later with my pup coming back looking like a brand new dog. I got a Teddy Bear cut and they did a great job with the styling and the general cleaning (nails, ears, anal glands). My total came out to be $70 and I am very pleased with this place!
