My wife made a gym membership for our son and was told that the $25 plan he could bring a friend come to find out after 1 month in he tried to bring a friend got denied because of age which was never made aware when signing up in the second month went to cancel membership and still got billed for a annual fee of $53.26 the manger said she couldn't do anything about it. I would not recommend this gym to anyone with a high school kid that wants to workout with his friends and a annual fee shouldn't be applied until at least 6 months of service .Way to steal from your customers planet fitness

The team consistently demonstrates a high level of customer service. Their friendly demeanor is always appreciated by patrons. I recall a personal experience where a misplaced item was promptly recovered. The staff were very helpful in ensuring its safe return. This dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable.

Manager Kayla is a great manager, she helped me with an issue I had on my account & she was amazing from beginning to end displaying great customer service. I also remember her from working so long at the Pasco location! You have a great one

I love Planet Fitness and the staff is great. I like using the Circuit Training area. Often, people will come into the Circuit training area and sit on a machine texting past the time and mess up the rotation for those of us who are following the program. When I get strong enough I will carry these people out of the area and put them on the appropriate machine where they can sit and text. Thanks Planet Fitness!

After many years as members of a large health club we realized that we were utilizing only a small part of the facility; coincidentally, the part that Planet Fitness provides. The cost savings were huge. There are pro’s and con’s of PF. Some of the pro’s, beyond cost savings, are that it never seems very crowded, the staff are usually friendly and helpful, the place appears very clean and orderly, and there is a huge abundance of cardio machines, i.e. treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, and air gliders. There are a lot of con’s, none of which prevent us from really liking this place. The con’s are that the over abundance of cardio machines is at the expense of other weight machines. There are not enough ab, arm, leg, etc. machines. It’s common to have many people waiting to use a popular machine of which there is only one. There are two huge ceiling fans running 24/7, which are great in the summer, but very chilly at other times. The towels available to clean the machines after use are of the quality you might find in an elementary school restroom and pretty annoying! All in all, we like the place and will probably stay for years.

Do not join this gym. It’s basically a scam!!!
The equipment is a joke. Machines are constantly broken, and what they do have is mostly just cables. There are no real weights — no barbells, no squat racks, no proper lifting frames. If you care about weight training, this place will completely waste your time. On top of that, people sit on the machines for ages just texting, so you can’t even use the little equipment that’s available.
Summers are even worse. They give three months of free access to all high school kids, and the gym turns into a chaotic zoo. I couldn’t train at all and had to pay for another gym just to get through the summer.
But the biggest problem is their shady membership practices. Canceling is almost impossible. My friend tried to cancel and was charged the annual fee not once, not twice, but three separate times. She spent a month calling, visiting, and arguing with the manager. Hours wasted, nothing resolved. To this day, she is still waiting for a refund of the money they illegally overcharged. This is not just bad service — it’s fraud.
If you are serious about fitness and don’t want to throw away your money and sanity, avoid this gym at all costs.

Ive been attended regularly and have been seeing it’s an amazing gym yet one of the male staff during the nights is overly friendly with females in the gym to the point of being able to notice how uncomfortable they get, hopefully this gets resolved! I want to keep enjoying the environment.
