“Absolutely fantastic experience, the staff was super communicative with me, asked my preference on the haircut, and was over all so kind. On top of that, my dog has never looked better, and she wasn’t stressed out after the grooming session either, I could tell she was very well taken care of during the 2 hour bath/haircut/nailtrim/ ear cleaning!! “The grooming is done well and my dog was praised for his good behaviors. I feel Sindee a genuine person who is interested in my dog’s well being. My dog’s coat is now smooth and shiny. He smells so good after the grooming and everyone likes to hold him now. We used to groom him ourselves but never had such a good result.“

“Our family really enjoys going to this dog wash. The tubs are large enough for my 70lb dog. Tubs are open on both sides so we make fast work of her bath by washing both her right and left side at once. The attendants are always helpful and happy. Every 7th wash is free. Highly recommend!“

“K9 is great! I have one dog that is reactive - Jenny has earned his trust and is able to groom and trim his nails without issue. My other boy has a problem with is anal glands and I can get them expressed at K9 - it is easy to get an appointment and the cost is a fraction of the vet.“

“We have been taking our standard poodles, Milo and Charlie, to Renee at Barks & Bubbles for about two years now and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Before finding Renee we tried several groomers throughout the Tri-Cities. None of them came close to the level of care, professionalism and quality that she provides. Her salon is always clean, she is incredibly responsive and her background as a former vet tech gives me extra confidence that my dogs are in good hands.

The biggest testament to how wonderful she is? Milo and Charlie know her by name. Yes, really! When we tell them they’re going to see Renee they get excited and they’re ALWAYS happy to arrive for their appointments.

Renee is cheerful, kind and genuinely loves the pets she works with. She treats Milo and Charlie as if they were her own. Their haircuts are always EXACTLY what I asked for and somehow they usually turn out even better!

One thing I especially appreciate is the care she takes with their ears. Prior to seeing Renee both of my dogs frequently developed ear infections after grooming appointments elsewhere. Since we’ve been bringing them to her neither dog has had a single ear infection following a grooming visit. She does an excellent job maintaining their ears and ensuring proper airflow without overdoing it.

I trust Renee completely and I honestly cannot imagine taking my boys anywhere else. If you are looking for a groomer who is skilled, professional and caring she is the best in the Tri-Cities.“

“They got my dog right in on the next business day, which impressed me. I thought they had groomed her before, however I realized later that it was another salon. That didn't matter to them! They asked what I wanted done, I gave them instructions and let them have some lee way if there was any matting. It took 2 hours to get the phone call to pick her up, which to me was great, because other places have kept her half the day before! My baby came out looking like a million bucks, with her hair all blow dried, a flower around her neck and she smelled so fresh and clean! I already have my next appointment scheduled and if she only needs a bath and nails trimmed, then that's what they'll charge me for. We have found our new groomers and I'm happy they are so close by! “My fur babies boarded at this facility 6 yrs ago and when we walked in this last week they immediately knew where they were & were comfortable. In my opinion pets have more freedom of opinions than their owners and when you have bad vibes you pass those along. They came home Sunday happy and healthy with no sulking
All the staff knew my pets personality and explained in detail how they did during their boarding but honestly the pets told me more when they returned home

Not a single complaint and the way our dog reacted to her made us know we had found the right place. Our dog came out looking much better than the other groomers and for less. We highly recommend this business if you’re looking for a great groomer.“
