The plans they offer in my opinion aren't worth the money. They have forever plans and you pay a hefty fee. It reminds me of a timeshare. Might make sense for others but I didn't see the value.

Always a great experience at my appointments. I just completed my 3rd treatment and have a significant loss of hair growth. Today’s treatment with Teresa was fantastic. Cannot recommend her enough!

After turning 40, I was suffering from pockets of ingrown hairs on the bottom of my chin. They’d get irritated and look like I constantly had acne on my chin. Someone suggested laser hair removal and since I’ve started with Milan I’ve had very few problems with my chin hairs.Now after 5 treatments I would say my facial hair is almost gone! I’ve gone from needing to pluck my facial hair every few days to only using my tweezers for slivers!Yes, the cost is somewhat high, but the relief I’ve gained has been well worth it!

I called to make a consultation appointment for my mother and aunt, the woman who coordinated the appointments was kind. When my mom and aunt arrived to their appointment, they did not have the same experience. They weren't greeted or acknowledged and have never experienced such a nasty attitude and abhorrent service. The tech was rude for no apparent reason, avoiding eye contact and did not treat them kindly, or like prospective clients. I do not reccoment this place at all, and will gladly spend for LHR at a nicer salon who doesnt engage in discrimantory and rude practices. (Luxe Laser in Portland is fantastic!) Milan laser, i am sorely dissappointed and disgusted.

Advised I could expect a 30 percent decrease in hair growth after 1st visit. I experienced in excess of 60 percent reduction after 1 visit. Highly recommend! Great staff, great services.

Amazing staff! From the first consultation to every visit thereafter all the ladies have always been friendly and welcoming and have taken great care of me with each visit. I am beyond satisfied with my results! I'm coming up on my 5th visit and I am about 90% hair free! Worth every penny!
