Rosario is amazing. My son and I get our hair cuts here and she does an incredible job. I’ve have received so many compliments on how my hair looks, which I have never heard before. Best of all, my wife approves!

I relocated to the area from Seattle and tried out MANY different barbershops/salons in the area before landing at Keene Cuts Hair Salon. Just as I was beginning to lose hope that someone in the Tri-Cities could actually cut my rather simple hair, Rosario delivered and exceeded expectations. Fantastic haircut and fantastic price!
