I just started going here and I am beyond impressed. Super nice staff, top of the line beds that bring on a FAST tan, super clean, and convenient location. What more could I want in a tanning salon?

I showed up for my scheduled appointment that I scheduled through square on her website. The doors to the studio were locked and no one was there. She took my credit card info ahead of time, I hope she doesn’t plan to charge me for an appointment she was not present at and where I received no services. Very unprofessional. I took time out of my busy work schedule to go to this appointment I booked several days ago. Do not book with this business.

I have been going to Sunkissed for years and have always recommended them. Their employees are nice and the beds are great. I signed a 6 month contract in 2019 and apparently you get charged monthly after that 6 months is up even if you never go in. I feel like everyone should know this could happen to them if signing any length of agreement. Take your time when signing even if there's a ton of people in the lobby and they are in hurrying to get you signed up quick- read every paper because they might not mention this HUGE detail to you. It just makes me sad that a small business in Tri-Cities could go on charging for a service not used. I thought of them as family-... read full review
