I’ve been hitting the gym here for a few months, and I'm loving it! The equipment is well-maintained, and the staff is super friendly. Plus, the group classes are a blast!

The gym has a solid range of equipment and usually isn't too crowded, which is a plus. However, I've noticed the cleanliness could be improved, especially in the locker room area. Overall, it's a decent place to work out if you're looking for a no-frills experience.

Recently started going to the Richland location and I am loving it so far! I do love that it is women only, so I never feel uncomfortable or judged while I'm lifting weights. While the gym is small, it is rarely too busy to where the equipment I need isn't available. In the last month, I have gone in the early mornings, as well as the evening (4-6pm), and there has never been more than 10 women in there at a time. It may not have everything you'd find at a major gym, but it certainly has a good selection! The membership cost is fair, and signing up was super easy.
