When calling the number at 5pm M-F, the call may take awhile since on call could be only one on call and is busy on another call. $150-170 to come out on emergency bases just for the call does not include over time part(s) labor.
Call asap if you need for next day service. The receptionist will get your information and call you for scheduling same day if possible. Yes, transformers do go bad after 500-700 days.
