We called all of the local "big" and "well known" HVAC places when we were having a cooling problem. After receiving a couple bids, it sure felt like we were being taken advantage of. A friend told us to call Delta and we are so glad we did. They did the same work for about $800 less. They were responsive, fair, told us exactly what they were doing and what needed to be done to fix our problem. Fossil was the technician that came to our house. He was awesome. We plan on using Delta for our annual maintenance starting next spring. We highly recommend Delta.Service: A/C system repair

Derek had a very professional demeanor and found the problem with my system very quickly. He then gave me a couple of different options on what I needed to do to get things working and come back later to fix the larger problem, allowing me to spread out the cost. Delta replaced my 12 year old Carrier heat pump with a new American Standard last August. It has performed flawlessly all winter at a slightly less expensive level. Called and scheduled a spring checkup and was pleased with the pleasant and knowledgeable receptionist.The technician, John, arrived on schedule, and after a very thorough check, gave us a clean bill of health. He also was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He even found a miniscule leak in a pvc drain line and quickly repaired it even when I told him I would do it.I am so pleased with my American Standard heat pump and the installation and service by Delta Htg & Cooling.
