I recently brought my 89 year old mother to get new glasses and Candice demonstrated the kind of customer service that all public facing companies should strive to teach and engender with their customer service representatives.
My mother is frail, elderly, and afflicted with Parkinson's but Candice made her feel like she was the most important person in the room. Thank you, Candice!
