The service was incredible . First; Jennifer was super nice and welcoming. Then she prepared me eye test. The doctor was very professional, knowledgeable and best of all caring. Over all excellent experience.
I love the service and professionalism of Dr Furakawa. Always very helpful and helping me above and beyond so I get a good Vision . I am very upset about a review I just see from Mrs Khatantuul! I was in an exam room and she was scriming she was filming the front desk lady and we were afraid Dr Furakawa is a gentle small and elderly lady and I can see she was upset! Iwent out the room and I call 911 give description of crazy lady and license plates! The police showed up later and they have you description address and license plate! Amen ! She is just another unhappy Karen
The doctor was fine, however when I would call to check on when my glasses would arrive the receptionist seemed upset I was calling. I only called multiple times because my current glasses are broken, which she knows.
