Jim arrived on time and got right to work with his diagnosis. He snaked a camera through a clean-out valve through our sewer and verified our concerns. He found that tree roots were blocking the line and carefully explained everything we were seeing/how to repair it. He arranged for a truck with the proper equipment to start the work the same day. All of our interactions have been excellent, from the receptionist and dispatcher to the team working on our property to the owner (Jim) who made sure everything got finished in a smooth and timely manner. They listened carefully and were considerate of our home, furniture, and landscaping. We’re very grateful and impressed.

Trusted Plumbing and Heating responded quickly (same day!) to my request to locate and repair leaks from two separate PVC pipes inside a finished wall and up into the subfloor above the first floor. They stayed late to repair the leaks, so that the water could be turned back on and then returned the next day to complete the remaining repairs. Their quote was thorough, very reasonable and accurate for the scope of work completed.
