This use to be my go to spot, but after scheduling appointments for two different occasions and showing up they turned me away even though an appointment was made. When on the phone the second time, I specifically asked if they would have time (This was at 11am and I made an appointment for 6pm) and they said yes. In my opinion this is not a professional or reliable establishment if you make an appointment.

Had a pedicure and was not happy with the result. Didn’t use the typical tools to get old gel off and rather just scrape it off your toes with force. Also not very skilled at cutting cuticles or hang nails. They pulled a hang nail on my toes rather than cutting it, and now it’s super painful. Would not recommend this salon.

Just walked out of this salon after requesting builder gel. Their website says they offer this service, but the nail techs all said no.

I did not get what I asked for (white dip) and the nail tech refused to do white dip due to my indecisiveness of picking an accent color for two finger nails. Instead, she did clear dip (I would never willingly get clear dip) with gel polish on top. She told me that this method was better for both of us because I kept changing my mind. They are chunky, not shaped well, bumpy, and look really bad.When I called back 10 minutes after my appointment ended I asked to get them redone and they offered me a 15% discount. I will not be returning.$50 plus tip was a huge waste. I would love a refund.Day 2 and the gel color is chipping already - which is why I requested white dip! I'd give zero stars if possible. Save your money and avoid this place!!!!!

Tried this beautiful neighborhood spot today and loved it! Jessica was friendly and very detailed. She is a perfectionist and my nails look beautiful! I love them! Not thick !! My pedicure was great too! Great spa treatment and massage. They are not in a hurry and spend the time to make sure you are happy. I will be back.

Tried this new spot today and best experience I have had in years!! Very friendly and detailed. I had a fill with shellac and chrome and also a spa pedicure with shellac. They did not rush and spent time choosing the right color with me. The pedicure massage was great too! Cute salon and very clean. My nails look awesome, not thick! I will be back!

Cute place right by the lake. I was visiting from Denver. They were able to get me right in and did a great job. Prices reasonable. Was able to enjoy an Americano from attached coffee shop.
