Gio took care of our plugged main drain very quickly and walked me through the camera inspection and locating repair site above ground. Matt with water damage did a good review of areas that appear to need repair. Very pleased with the experience.
I had flooding in front of my garage, and Gio from Roto-Rooter arrived promptly at 8:00 AM. He worked for about 1.5 hours and did an outstanding job.
The flooding was caused by tree roots that had grown into the sewer clay pipe and created a blockage. I had the same issue addressed by another company last year, but they were unable to fully remove the roots. This time, Gio not only cleared the standing water but also continued working to identify and resolve the underlying cause of the problem.

Giovani went above and beyond to help
us in a time of crisis with our basement. He came out after hours and gave us 100% of his time and effort to find the solution to our problem both inside and outside the house in the pouring down rain and did not leave until well after midnight leaving no stone unturned. Highly recommend Roto Rooter and Giovani especially! Britt also went out of his way to make sure somebody got to our house quickly as possible.
