From my call to fixing two seperate units Renton Water Heater Repair efficiently, successfully and professionally completed under 4 hours! The tech was so very polite and listened to what I explained and walked through everything as he worked.....I was amazed at how knowledgeable and quickly he found the problems and he left to go to pick up the part! Unfortunately one of my units needed a new mother board and it was very costly but that is how some parts are. I had 2 other companies out since beginning of December and one of them I had been using for 2 years......they don't come close to Renton Water Heater Repair!! Justin was on time, thorough, well prepared & helpful … replacing my four air filters, explained what maintenance he performed…had ladders to get to attic, showed pics of maintenance he performed outside… I would say Gr8 Service… thanks Justin & Renton Water Heater Repair’s
Excellent and fast service! Scheduled the day before, came the next day and finished in the time promised. tech was patient with my questions and did a thorough and very clean installation. Extremely satisfied!
