We took our infant son here when his doctor’s office was closed. We saw Dr. Jordan Miller who was very kind and informative! He spent a good amount of time chatting with us and was very reassuring. Would definitely recommend taking your kids here to see him!

I have never had an issue with this urgent prior to this week. Due to long wait times we were not able to get in and be seen until 6pm. I took my son in due to fever, cough, runny nose, watery eyes and vomiting. As a single mother I had my other 2 children with me who also weren't feeling well. The front desk and nurses were kind. The nurse took his temp and it read a bit over 102 (after meds), so it was obvious he wasn't well. I told the nurse he had been delirious, which she confirmed was due to his high fever. I asked her if she could take my other son temp because he had been complaining of not feeling well. She took his temp and confirmed he had a fever as well. The PA Jordan Miller came in and checked him out and confirmed his covid/flu test were negative. He mentioned he had a slight ear infection and prescribed him antibiotics and said it was probably due to the viral. I asked him if he can write a note to excuse my son and I. As I was leaving the handed the note and the provider said it was ok for my son to return to school the next day, with a 102 fever!! The nurse (who knew the protocol for returning) told me to call tomorrow and they would get me a new note. I had to call and return the next with 3 young sick kiddos just to get the note. The note still was not properly written. When the par returned she said the provider wanted me to tell you we don't do fmla here. Who asked for fmla?? I was taken back, it came off very stereotypical and racist. I am a healthcare worker myself and no provider would ever allow a child to return to school the next day with a fever. Schools and daycare do not allow children to return without a fever for 24hrs. I spoke to his pediatrician who was mortified after hearing my experience. I will never allow this PA to see my kids. Do better!

I've been here before. But the African American woman in the front receptionist area was rude from the get. As soon as I spoke she just sounded annoyed. I thought here we go...something's going to happen. And it sure did. I checked in 10 mins prior to my pre check in(at 4:20) Where you can leave and get checked in once the walk in is available for an appointment. We arrived at 420 10 mins early and checked in. A few minutes later my child's name was off the TV screen for checking in. So I waited a bit then asked the same young lady. And her response was annoyed and like yea he's next I checked yall in. So I waited until 502 which was 32 mins after scheduled appointment and asked a DIFFERENT LADY to see if I was being delusional for thinking I was wrong. I WASN'T. The second lady automatically added us back and we were in a room with in 4 minutes. Mind you as soon as my sons info was added we were back on that list. I told her you're a liar and I asked you. She had the audacity to tell me I never checked in with her. Cameras don't lie baby. You can see good customer service in everyone and I knew I should've skipped her for help.smh.

First time here & needed immediate attention however, after 2 hours or so I left extremely dissatisfied & disappointed with my experience. I have a terrible ear infection in both ears with pain 8/10. I cannot hear & the pain is all over my ears down to my jaw. Finally got to see, Negar Ayoubzadeh-Bartos, she was unwelcoming & very condescending. She insisted my right ear “looked” worse than my left & would aggressively look & pull my ears asking if it hurts. I am prescribed antibiotic ear drops & went to my pharmacist just to find out Negar prescribed drops for my left ear only which results with limited supply. I am now waiting at the pharmacy for over 2 hours trying to get in contact with Negar to update the accurate amount of drops. She acknowledges her error & took over an hour to resubmit the prescription. I will never return to Renton Landing Urgent Care again. Thanks.

I was with my baby sister and mother, we came 2 hours before closing. We checked in and waited for about an hour n 30. We finally got called after the receptionist noticed everyone was going in and even people who checked in after us. Now it’s almost closing and the doctor still hasn’t came.

If you want to wait 2 hours to not have your problem addressed, go here. The doctors have no idea how to treat children. I'm not one to leave a bad review, but I have come here enough times with my children to tell you with great certainty they will not treat your children. They will make recommendations for things you're already doing, and you'll end up at your pcp days to a week later, and be prescribed actual medicine. Just don't bother. They are also very rude, love to talk over you, ask questions, and don't bother listening to your answers. I will never be bringing my children back here again.

As of January 14th 2025 Tuesday we went to this urgent care because of my primary care Dr. Who also work for Valley Medical @New Castle sent prescription to this location for Chest X-ray but a asian lady she didn't mentioned her name also wearing her badge other side so patient can't see the name who was radiology( x ray) technician said she can't do bc I am wheelchair bound disabled person. I advise her that my wheelchair would be reclining as just bed we tried all the best as she asked to do but she is not weeling to cooperate, Me I can't stand nor move to put my chest to the filmas on wall. I was adjusting my wheelchair position to go as much as I can go closer to the film stand, she said don't bump machine or bed stand otherwise I will loose my job. Basically she is not friendly. I asked her to get help from other dept.where other help she can get, she said she can lift patients because she or they don't wants to hurt their back. To me urgent care office manager should replace this type of behavior and attitude people with friendly employees.I told her that I am doing all the time in wheelchair any screening, ultrasound or anything. So we drove back to home in heavy traffic. So please who ever in management PL take required step to conunsing her so it wouldn't happened to other patients.
